This is a great printer for the price. Very easy to setup to work for wireless printing, our kids love being able to print from their laptop, tablet or phone wireless. We have been very happy with this printer.

Good value, very functional printer

I bought mine used from someone who did not know basic computerese. It is a good unit, cartridges are very reasonably priced and have a good life. This printer met my small home office needs.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Wow I am so happy with this Epson NX230, very easy to install, works fast and excellent, copies-scans-prints just perfect.. Exactly what I was looking for and it has even surpassed my expectations.. Very Nice with a great price too..

Losing faith in Epson...

Back in the dot matrix days, Epson was a terrific company. Thier products were top notch and whenever you needed tech support a real person answered the phone.
For that reason I've tried to stay loyal to them and have bought many of their products over the years.
Sadly, I think my Epson days are over. The printers, including this one, all have much lower ink volume than their competitors, the printers waste ink like crazy doing maintenance,testing, etc... and to make matters worse, when the machine decides to not recognize a cartridge the whole machine is useless.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not very good

This printer is extremely slow to react, uses ink too fast, and will not maintain a wi-fi connection. Any time there is the slightest disruption in your wi-fi, you will have to completely uninstall and reinstall the printer software. I finally gave up and bought a long USB cable. On a positive note, the scanner is excellent. I use it to scan artwork.

Not a Great Product

As soon as I started using this printer, it always pulled paper crooked. I had to hold the paper still as it fed into the printer in order for it to not come out straight. With every page it would get worse until some of the text would not even be on the page. Terrible product. I would not recommend.

AWFUL PRINTER

I've had this printer for almost a year now. It's awful. Bought ink 3 times already and we barely use it. If the ink is low....IT WILL NOT WORK AT ALL. I want to kick the thing. I have a full cartridge of black ink, but because the colored ink is low, it won't work. Even though, I've clicked to print in grayscale and to temporarily allow black printing. Waste of money. DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER.
