Problem after problem

The Wifi feature stopped working soon after I got the printer. All prints and scans are crooked. The ink is expensive and runs out quickly. It is slow and if there is any error, it needs to be rebooted to work. If it runs out of paper in the middle of a job, you cannot simply add paper and have it start again - you have to resend the print job. The latest issue is a paper jam that after being cleaned out, does not register with the printer. Repeated attempts to follow the user guide and troubleshooting suggestions do not fix the problem. I have had nothing but issues with this printer since I purchased it.

Keeps disappearing from some pcs on network, even the one it was first installed on. Dual instances show on network, not all usable. Ink shows as low or nonexistent very soon after install.

I am very frustrated with this printer. I am always needing to perform a nozzle check and cleaning to get decent printing.

Tight little package

This Small-in-One is much smaller than by previous printer, and as it includes a very nice scanner/copier, I've been able to reduce my home office equipment space by replacing two large items with this small one. The software is excellent and the cost is very reasonable. I'd recommend this to anyone with light home office or personal needs.

The Worst Printer Ever!

I recently purchased this as my first wireless printer - the Espon Stylus NX 230. This is the worst printer I have ever had (had three other brands)!!! When you need to load the ink, it doesn't roll to the center without an ordeal. Once in the center and ink is loaded, the computer flashes a message that ink isn't recognized (and yes it's the correct #). After turning off the printer and holding down the button it may work or NOT! I am so fed up with trying to get ink cartridges installed and working correctly. No other printer I've ever had has been this crazy to work. The scan quality is not good either. I sent a scanned document, and it was blurry on the receiving end. Go ahead and put a few more dollars with this amount and get something with a little more quality.

Spend more for something worthwhile.

I have never previously attempted to use such worthless printer. With technology today, it is so easy to do plug and play sort of printers, and the technology is so widely available. This is beyond impossible for use with a Mac, and even with a PC the software is near impossible to find and install, even with the CD that comes with the printer. Beyond that, the paper jamming and the inability to use the printer at all after it has determined the ink is used is ridiculous. After all the troubles I threw it next to the garbage dumpster with a note that said, "God help the sorry soul that tries to use it." It is still sitting there: I don't think the trash man even wants to touch it and curse himself.

Breaks again and again. This is the worst printer I've ever owned. I never know if it will work or not. It's disposable.
