So easy!

So easy to install wi-fi & the scan function is easy to learn. I have not use all the printer functions but what I've used so far is so easy to understand & use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Little Printer!

Purchased this printer today at a very nice price & the install/setup was very simple, also printing was very quite, quick, and clear. Scanner works perfectly. Wi-Fi set-up was just as easy and works like a charm!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Price was awesome but when we have problems, the help is not helpful. We end up calling support and then it takes about 20 minutes to get problem fixed but it does get fixed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cheap, uses way too much ink

As s computer technician I purchased two of these for customers and they were both awful. They are difficult to maintain and use up vast amounts of ink. Don't buy one!

INK RUNS OUT QUICKLY!!

I'm very satisfied with the overall performance of this printer, wifi, scanner, & print quality... however, the ink does not last very long at all! I would estimate that I purchase ink every 2-3 weeks on average & that's quick since I really do not print off very much. Of course I've seen this in many printers.... Think it's time for someone to come up with a printer that the ink lasts more than just a month or more!

Stopped working right at one year!

Our printer stopped feeding paper correctly and desspite trying everything the documentation tells us to, it just spits the paper through without printing on it. We cannot use our printer and the new print cartridges we put in it. Any help would be much appreciated.
