Easy to install, but can't get the wifi to work at all. Need a tech line 1-800-help.

Disappointing

I think expecting to have the required equipment to install the printer is the least we want as a customer.
Very displeased! You need a USB cord to complete setup and its not a simple USB cord, I have tons of different ones around my house and of course not the one needed for this printer. Why wouldn't it just be included in the box? I paid lots of money for the printer to be able to print at the same day. Now I have to find a special cable just to install. I haven't been able to use it yet, so I cant rate for "how it works". But I am do disappointed the way I am treated as a customer.

After only a couple print jobs, the printer keeps saying I need to replace my ink cartridge and will not let me print. The ink levels are all full and I have looked at the ink cartridge and nothing is wrong with it. Poor Wi-Fi connectivity as well. Overall, I am not satisfied with this product.

I am extremely happy with the service I received a few days ago. Representative was competent and extremely patient. Most importantly, I love this product...well, so far! I would definitely recommend this product including anyone of your products and services to my friends, family and school/work collegues. Keep up the good work!

even as a grandmother of 64 I was able to install and use the printer in just a few minutes with no problems.. works great... just what I needed for my new laptop

I don't understand how this printer got such good reviews. Maybe I got a lemon but the one I have is terrible. It is ALWAYS out of ink! It seems as though I replace the ink every week. It has also broken twice on me. I buy new ink and install it and the printer doesn't recognize the ink, so I have to buy new ink (when the one I just installed was new) and replace the "new ink" with the "new ink" and finally it recognizes it. Well that is a costly problem.
The print quality is not that great, there is always lines through my copies.
I can't wait to get rid of this printer! It is the worst printer I have ever owned.

The printer worked fine for the first three copies. It was down hill from there. It ran thru the ink cartidge (that came with the printer by copy 5) and the new (Medium density) cartdriges lasted for only about 15 copies. The paper does not feed well, have to adjust between every copy. While adjusting the back fell off. The wire less set up was easy as advertised.

this is a great little machine works like a charm and is priced right the only drawback ive found is the price of the ink.
