This bluetooth is better than the Antz. It's doesn't produce that much static in comparison. I only disliked the faulty advertisement where they said "up to 4.5 hours of talk time." It's technically 3 hours and it doesn't have its own volume adjustments. However, it'll specifically say how many hours you have left on it and 3 choices in ear piece sizes. I only use it when I'm commuting in the car and it's pretty good on the freeway.
I would recommend this to a friend!

IT DOESN'T FIT

IT DOESN'T FIT, AFTER TRYING ALL THE EAR PLUGS AND EAR HOOKS.
I TRYED EVERYTHING TO MAKE IT STAY ON MY EAR AND TOUCH MY FACE AT THE SAME TIME.
THIS IS WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO, OR IT WILL NOT WORK PROPERLY!!!
IT IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR FUSTRATION I WENT THROUGH, JUST DON'T BUY IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a great device, best on the market. But if you have the original Jawbone, don't bother upgrading unless you want the smaller size. Noise/quality wise these are identical.

Can I get an aspirin?

I am a gadget loving guy. I have used bluetooth headsets before they were cool and stylish. This is the only headset that has given me headaches. I felt pain the first day but I ignored it due to stress. I have had this headset for three days now and I have done my own testing to see if it was the earpiece causing the pain. Unfortunately, it was. Whenever I don't wear it I feel fine. Within minutes of putting the Icon in my ear I feel a pain in the back of my head. It doesn't matter if I am in a conversation or not. I am disappointed because I like the noise cancellation and the verbal caller ID. On occassion I had some scratchy or muffled calls on my end but I gues no headset is perfect. I plan on taking this back today and giving Plantronics 975 another try ( I tried it for one day and the was a lot of static maybe a faulty set).
Pros: noise cancellation, several options for ear fitting, verbal caller id
Cons: some static, headaches
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Voice Activation a bust

I love the ear piece. Fits perfectly in ear. Sound is great as is the noise reduction abilities. However, I have tried several different ways to use voice activation as with other Jawbones - touch the ear piece and I'm asked who I need to call. This one does not seem to work no matter what I do. I have to look at the phone, dial the number, and then speak with through the jawbone. Not hands free!! Can anyone out there direct me? What am I missing on the phone to activate it? Motorola phone.

I absolutely hate this device

It will not stay in my ear. I am constantly pushing it back into my ear. If I push too hard, then it is too painful to be comfortable. The sound quality is good, but not enough to overcome the nuisance factor. Save your money.
