Can not get the thing to stay in my ear. So much so that it fell out and I lost it.
Cons: hard to fit

Best headset I have ever owned. Lots of fit options make the headset comfortable to wear for long periods. Audio is great, never have trouble and it finally has an on/off switch so it stays charged longer when I'm not using it!! Best Jawbone ever!

I wanted to love this product but I couldn't get past the ache it caused my actual ear.
It worked GREAT for calls. No one ever knew I was on a bluetooth when I asked them.

best headset for the money

Any review that gives this headset a low rating for not fitting is simply unfair. Aliph packs in six different sizes of earpieces, SIX. Three for in-ear only and three for the over-the-ear loop setup, which is easy to put together. Honestly there is a size for everyone.
For me, I use the medium in-ear piece, and it stays put fine, even when I shake my head around. The speaker quality isn't amazing, but what I really bought the headset for was the noise-cancellation technology, which it does very well.
To test the headset I drove on the freeway with the windows down. I was on a call with my cable company's customer support and they told me they could barely hear some background noise. It's THAT good.
I should also mention that I use this on my home computer to do Skype and other audio calls. It works awesome. Just pair with your computer.
Another cool thing you probably didn't know is that via jawbone's web site, you can load different voices on this thing. I enjoy the british lady myself...
All in all, this is a very high-end headset and I am not disappointed in the least.

This bluetooth is better than the Antz. It's doesn't produce that much static in comparison. I only disliked the faulty advertisement where they said "up to 4.5 hours of talk time." It's technically 3 hours and it doesn't have its own volume adjustments. However, it'll specifically say how many hours you have left on it and 3 choices in ear piece sizes. I only use it when I'm commuting in the car and it's pretty good on the freeway.

This ear piece was highly recommend to me by a family member. I was so excited to get this earpiece. I can actually say that it would be safer for me to use my handset while driving than this, i spend more time repositioning it in my ear and picking it up cause it falls out, than I do with my hand on the steering wheel and eyes on the road!! You cant keep this thing positioned in your ear!!! I have use all the pieces that came with it trying to find one that will fit and stay in my ear. I like everything about it but i cant wear it long enough to have a conversation, waste of money I am taking this thing back to the store

Excellent ear piece- the battery life is not good at all it runs down very quickley. I believe its only about 6 hrs but of course if you talk frequently it drains faster.

I love the product, it works great like it said it would. The problem is, I cain't find an additional charging cable for the car. I got the charger, I just need the cable. From what I have read in the last few minuites, I don't think I am the only one with this problem. Come on JawBone and ATT&T, please help us.
