Expensive, useless

It will not stay in my ear no matter what ear bud or ear hook configuration is used. It's constantly trying to fall off my ear.
A total waste of money.

Jawbones don't fit in your ear. The sound quality could be better. I have had it a month and now it does not work at all. It sound like the speaker has failed. It looks good but that is all.
I through away hard earned cash.

I liked the Jawbone 1 until the ear piece broke. I thought newer would be better, it wasn't . Could not get a good fit in the ear, kept falling off. This one is going back.

I purchased this one 2-weeks ago, and decided that this is not the one for me.
The efficiency for which it was designed does work... It stays on in default mode as advertised, and it connects as it was designed. But.. the earpiece does not accommodate small ears, even though there are 2 sizes (medium & large), and the unit does not respond well, if it cannot touch the jawbone (name "Jawbone"). I will try to exchange for another....

Best sound I have yet to experience

I have purchased many bluetooth headsets over the last year, including the BlueAnt, the Jawbone Prime and a few others, and this is by far the best one yet. The voice in my ear is great, like the Blueant, but not so electronic....Also the quality on my end is by far superior, and other have said they cant even tell I was on a headset..I am VERY VERY happy with this jawbone..FINALLLLY!!!
Pros: great quality, great sound, great features
Cons: none so far
I would recommend this to a friend!

Will not buy another

This product great sound, reception and transmition, when you can get it to work. Had nothing but problems with it could not get a good configuration to keep the ear peice engaged. Would always disconnect or the other party thought i was always hanging up. Now for the ear hook. The ear hook is so fragile that i do not have any more they are all broke. Anyways needs to have a better design with the same great sound, reception, and transmition.

I love the product, it works great like it said it would. The problem is, I cain't find an additional charging cable for the car. I got the charger, I just need the cable. From what I have read in the last few minuites, I don't think I am the only one with this problem. Come on JawBone and ATT&T, please help us.

My wife and I each bought the Jawbone II when we got our iPhone 3Gs on day 1 of sale. I spent the next several days getting the iPhone activated. When I finally got around to using the Jawbone II I found that it would not work. Charged until it indicated full charge it would shut down after a minute or so and never was able to pair it with the iPhone. I shelved it for a while and tried again by charging it over night. The white indicator light said full charge this AM, but it will not even turn on.
My wife's experience was minimally better. She got hers to pair initially but within minutes the battery was exhausted. No amount of recharging would make it function properly or for any length of time.
We are returning them before our 30 days expire.
At 2 for 2, I think we will look for a different brand.
