You can't get a replacement ear hook

I like the Jawbone but found when the earhook broke again and again, I couldn't get a replacement hook. Now it's useless.

It will not stay in my ear. I am constantly pushing it back into my ear. If I push too hard, then it is too painful to be comfortable. The sound quality is good, but not enough to overcome the nuisance factor. Save your money.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've used lots of headsets over the years, and this one is the most stylish, the clearest and the best fit. A real winner!
I only have the black one so far, but need to get the other colors to match my jewelry -- they figured out the way to a woman's heart!

Jawbones don't fit in your ear. The sound quality could be better. I have had it a month and now it does not work at all. It sound like the speaker has failed. It looks good but that is all.

This bluetooth seemed like a good idea at the time but now I think it was a serious waste of money. It does help reduce background noise if you can ever get the thing to fit in your ear but the person on the other end has trouble hearing you far too often.
I would not recommend getting the jawbone. I am glad I still have my H721.

Sequel is not always better

Although it's smaller size and lighter weight are better for an active lifestyle, my old Jabra BT250 has better sound.
The original Jawbone was fantastic and I had high hopes for the new one but the sound quality compared to the original is a great disapointment.
I can only hope the Jawbone 3 will have the best features of both 1 & 2
