Can I get an aspirin?

I am a gadget loving guy. I have used bluetooth headsets before they were cool and stylish. This is the only headset that has given me headaches. I felt pain the first day but I ignored it due to stress. I have had this headset for three days now and I have done my own testing to see if it was the earpiece causing the pain. Unfortunately, it was. Whenever I don't wear it I feel fine. Within minutes of putting the Icon in my ear I feel a pain in the back of my head. It doesn't matter if I am in a conversation or not. I am disappointed because I like the noise cancellation and the verbal caller ID. On occassion I had some scratchy or muffled calls on my end but I gues no headset is perfect. I plan on taking this back today and giving Plantronics 975 another try ( I tried it for one day and the was a lot of static maybe a faulty set).
Pros: noise cancellation, several options for ear fitting, verbal caller id
Cons: some static, headaches
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It has very good sound and hearing but if your the type to listen to your music and do other things with your phone the batter time isnt good at all. 4.5 hours on this head set goes by very quick. Dont get it if you like listening to muisic and playing the souds through the head set.

Best sound I have yet to experience

I have purchased many bluetooth headsets over the last year, including the BlueAnt, the Jawbone Prime and a few others, and this is by far the best one yet. The voice in my ear is great, like the Blueant, but not so electronic....Also the quality on my end is by far superior, and other have said they cant even tell I was on a headset..I am VERY VERY happy with this jawbone..FINALLLLY!!!
Pros: great quality, great sound, great features
Cons: none so far
I would recommend this to a friend!

Will not buy another

This product great sound, reception and transmition, when you can get it to work. Had nothing but problems with it could not get a good configuration to keep the ear peice engaged. Would always disconnect or the other party thought i was always hanging up. Now for the ear hook. The ear hook is so fragile that i do not have any more they are all broke. Anyways needs to have a better design with the same great sound, reception, and transmition.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Did not like the ear hook. In fact it broke off and I haven't put another one on it. The earbud fits so good that I wear it without ear hooks. I wear it full time in the car, then put it in my pocket when not driving. Buttons are a bit tricky at first to use especially if answering calls from my pocket, as I use to hang up as I placed in my ear, but with time I have learned how to hold it and place it in my ear to answer calls.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this last week and really like the way it fits. Most Bluetooth devices must be made for people with massive ears but this one works pretty good with a smaller ear canal. Other devices leave my ears very sore but I can't even tell this in on.
A couple things I don't like:
1) Ear hook will bend if you put the device in your pocket. I think this is a poor design.
2) The buttons are a little difficult to use as I've tended to hit the wrong one by accident. Unfortunately this typically hangs up on the caller. I'll get better with them though.

The sound quality is better than any other device I've used. The callers on the other end don't complain that I sound like I'm in a tunnel. So that is a huge plus especially when in an airport and on a conference call at the same time.
I'd recommend buying some type of carrying case as well. This one is small and will be lost quickly if you don't keep an eye on it.

I purchased this one 2-weeks ago, and decided that this is not the one for me.
The efficiency for which it was designed does work... It stays on in default mode as advertised, and it connects as it was designed. But.. the earpiece does not accommodate small ears, even though there are 2 sizes (medium & large), and the unit does not respond well, if it cannot touch the jawbone (name "Jawbone"). I will try to exchange for another....

THIS IS A GREAT PRODUCT! DID NOT GIVE IT 5 STARS BECAUSE HAD TROUBLE AT FIRST GETTING IT POSITIONED ON THE SIDE OF MY FACE. IF NOT POSITIONED RIGHT IT WILL NOT WORK AS IT WAS DESIGNED TO. GIVE YOU AND YOUR JAWBONE SOME TIME AND YOU WILL LOVE IT TOO.
