Worst Washer Ever

The primary problem with this washing machine is that it is unable to balance heavy loads. It spins and shakes out of control. I frequently must stop the unit and hand wring the clothing. It literally dances across the floor.

Poor deisgn should be recalled

Excessive noisy and bouncing spin. Moldy soap bin with too many intricate pockets. Sopping wet loads. Smells burned. Gasket failure, main bearing failure.

Not worth the money!

I bought this product 7years ago and after a few months of having this product we have had trouble. Mold and mildew builds up in it and there is nothing you can use to get it out. It gets in your laundry and ruins it. I have to items away do to the ratchet smell. The drum went out and I was told by a repairman that it would be $1300 to replace so I should just go ahead and buy a new washer. I am Totally disappointed, whatever happened to the days with appliances last as long as you.

I have had this item since 2007, since then it has ran very well, now we are replacing belts and pulley's this will be number 3. It's a nice washer, but getting tired of replacing pulley's.

Often after wash cycle complete clothes are still soaking wet and therefore I have to run another cycle and specify rinse/drain and then are less wet.

Nothing but problem. I'm lucky it lasted 10 years but had to spend $ to get it fix 3 times! I agree with all the other reviews
