Many faults

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine takes extemely long to wash a load of clothes. It vibrates excessively, and stops frequently to adjust the load during the spin cycles. It very frequently does not spin the clothes dry enough to put in the dryer, and must be run through the spin cycle one or two more times before clothes can be put in the dryer. It grows mildew in the rubber door seal, and sometimes clothes and sheets come out of the washer with brown/black smudges on them and have to be washed again. This machine is too expensive to not work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible - avoid this machine!

Same as other reviews: excessive vibration, stops with clothes still wet, constant issues....
Family of 2 and in less than 5 years it needs a new rear tub assembly which is cost prohibitive and new machine recommended by service person.

I hate it!

Since I'v purchased it I've have excessive shaking, it doesn't always spin loads well. Large or small loads don't balance well. I've been sorry I bought it from day 1. After a couple of years I am replacing it just because it smells, even if you clean the seals and run cleaner through it.

BAD BAD Machine...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine no matter what will shake or even bust the walls down. The drywall all around my washer is GONE. This washer does not have the ability to stable itself when it goes though a spin cycle.

This machine has been a source of trouble from day one. It consistantly goes off balance regardless of the load size or load contents. I've had the drum and other components changed twice now and am looking to do it a third time to try and rid myself of the problem. It's very fustrating to have to take items like towels and sheets to the laundromat with this machine sitting in my laundry room. So glad I purchased an extended warranty.....

Rubber Smell

When the washer spins it frequently requires us to readjust the loan to keep the drum from being way out of balance. Now we are getting a rubber smell.
