I already replaced the keypad circuitry once for almost the price of a new microwave. 1 year later same situation. A look disappointed. I can't bring myself to repairing it yet it is one of four appliances that I bought from the same line.

Digital touchscreen does not work

It is very clear that there is something wrong with the screen. It not working. Only a green screen. Do not even think about to buy this product. The company needs to solve this problem. It is not the costumer’s foult.

You could get years out of a cheap microwave. We didn't even get two years out of this. We tried to get it repaired, but the mechanic said it was dead and needed to be replaced. If you include the actual microwave and then the instillation fees, it would end up costing us double what it was worth. DO NOT BUY!

I bought this model about 3 years ago. Had problems with the touch screen after a years time. Two yeas after that the screen doesn't respond at all. I hope that's why GE doesn't make this model anymore. I expected more from GE and will look to buy a different brand Microwave brand in the future. To have a GE tech come to the house, diagnose and fix the problem is 100's of dollars. I've already wasted enough buyig this GE microwave.
