Did not get what I expected out of it

We bought this microwave with our house upon its manufacture and thought we would have a product to last us a while. It is not even 2 years old and it has fully stopped functioning for us. We loved its looks and performance up until that point.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought my convection/microwave from Lowe's less than a month ago. It had to be special ordered from the factory and arrived a week ago. In less than a week, I have learned to operate it with no problem. It is simple enough for an older person like myself. Directions are easy to understand. I really do like it and have tried all the options. It looks great and fits in with my other appliances.

won't buy Ge again

On this unit the Door sticks making it difficult to open. NOTE: this is a replacement for the. Same model (built in) that lasted only 4 years. Not recommended. COMPLETE GE profile kitchen and have had major problems with every appliance.

This is truly a great appliance. Perfect for in the summer months when you don't want to heat the kitchen with the oven. Great for apts. or college dorms.
