Great features, easy to use, high-end appearance

Bought this to replace the exact same model I had for 10 years. The only issue I had in those 10 years was needing to replace the bulb at the 9 year, 6 month mark, which I was able to perform myself. Otherwise, flawless performance for life of the appliance.

Very disappointing !

Thermistor (controls the oven temp.) needed replacing after less than 1 month of use. Using convection mode, the unit takes longer to cook compared with a conventional oven at same temp. This is just a toaster oven and microwave combined…at a very costly price ! My other microwave (only) performs better than this unit. I am sorry I spent my money on this unit. I am very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
