Our previous GE Profile Microwave died this week after 10 years. We replaced it with the same model which was still available. We love the convection feature and have familiarized ourselves with all the options, so this made it an easy choice.

This is the second one of this model in 12 years. First is still running ok but do not know how much longer. Rely on it daily so new purchase.

Great Microwave

I purchased this microwave a month ago. I absolutely love it! I would rate it a 5 but, I have not used the convection side so I am not comfortable rating it higher. The time cook, express cook, and being able to adjust the power is great! This appliance is also easy to clean. So far, I have no complaints and am more than impressed with my purchase! I highly recommend this GE convection microwave

Only one caveat...

Microwave works well; Convection oven mode, however, makes an alarming grinding noise, both during pre-heat and cooking.
