Stopped working with less than 3 years of use

This model was installed in our new house. With less than three years of use it stopped working. I have used other microwaves at the same rate for 9 years or longer and never had this problem. Very disappointing.

We bought a new home 2 1/2 years ago and upgraded our microwave to this model.
Very disappointed that the microwave no longer works. It actually runs when the door is open, and when we close the door it shuts off. I do not recommend this model.

We've had this workhorse for years and mostly use it as just a microwave. One time we were having guests for dinner and and 30 minutes before the food was to go into our regular oven, the thing broke! No oven! How to cook a meal for 10 people with no oven? We were thinking of calling everyone and telling them to stay home until we thought, "maybe the microwave??"
We put in the rack and set her up for convection cooking and this little oven saved the day! It's bigger than you think and it handled a big roast and potatoes without a hitch. When you need another oven, before thinking of getting another full-size one, you must consider this- it may be all you need!

I was looking for a place to buy the light bulb and I found this website. I have owned this builtin Micro since 2011 and its worked perfectly. Not one issue except we need a new bulb.

This our 2nd GE Profile Microwave/Convection oven. We put one in our first house and loved it so much we purchased one for our new house. No issues with the first one and the same with this one. We've owned the current oven for 9 years. Use both the microwave and the convection.

Good life but I need to replace it now

Good product. Got more than 11 years but it is not manufactured any more. What is today's equivalent in measurements and efficiency to replace this for?
