What a microwave is all about

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this microwave for about 3 months now and it's design complements our new oven. Everything that we have asked this microwave to do, it has performed flawlessly. The value is there, the performance is there, the appearance and inherent quality is there making it a perfect addition to our kitchen.

Good microwave for heating up food. Used convection only once. Recommendations for GE: Cheap door switches repeatedy broke. Please use something more substantial. Express cook option was for 30 second increments. Would prefer something shorter. Would like to use existing trim kit, but size is no longer made by GE. So guess I will include other brands in my search for a new microwave.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When you use the convection oven feature, you can't rely on the preheat information the oven provides. If you set for a higher temperature, it will tell you that the oven is ready long before it actually reaches your chosen temperature. Unless you use an auxiliary oven thermometer, you won't know what the actual temperature is.
In service well under a year and the light has already burned out!

I bought 3 of these for my house 4 years ago. Hate to say all 3 of them stopped working. I don't recommend this product at all.

Door switch repeatedly breaks

I like the microwave and invested in it as it was more expensive than the other options I considered. disappointed it keeps breaking the same part causing us to not be able to use it- just doesn't hold up under use.

Board does not hold up

This microwave would be great if you did not have to keep replacing the board behind the touch panel. 2 times in the past 3 years.
