Have enjoyed this M/C oven for years. One problem after 6 years. Oven will not run unless I slightly depress the oven release button. Thinking something plastic may have snapped off? Any ideas. Otherwise NO problems, great results in all modes.

Learning Curve

So far we are enjoying the convenience of this new appliance. The convection part we have yet to try. I read the materials but still need to learn more. The look is great for our updated kitchen. Comfortable with price. The general workings of the microwave is intuitive. That works just fine. When I have more time I will teach myself the concection side of the operation.

Better microwaves

This microwave takes longer to heat items up compared to our older one we had for seven years. We needed one and this was recommended-we should have waited!

I wasn't what to expect from the convection feature but I was pleasantly surprised! The oven functions well as a microwave, especially the defrost. I would highly recommend (as it was to me) this product!

No Interior Light

The microwave is about two-years old. It has been good. However, the light bulb went out after probably less than 6-months of use. You cannot change it and the cost for a technician to come is too much for just to changing a light bulb. Bad design.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
