Would not have any thing else

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product has been used by my self and wife every day. We have cooked using both modes and have had excellent results with both. I would not own any type of microwave but the type we now have. I have told others about this unit and were I bought it and that if they need a new one get one like ours.

I knew what I needed, did some research and BOOYAH! I love to cook, the wife loves watching me in anticipation saying, "it's ready"! For all those that do not care to read the manual, go to McDonalds. This product does what it is suppose to do. easy to operate and the possibilities are endless. This is my first time with a combination microwave/convection oven. Let there be glorious food for our table.

Is a little disappointing

Expected the interior capacity to be as large (or larger) as our previous microwave; not the case. Is noticably smaller and requires changing several of our cooking methods. Also, every unit we have had in the past came with a cook book. Considering the different methods available was surprised to not find recipes for the various ways of using the product.

Great features, unfortunate reliability

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had previous version of this microwave for 5 years (installed by builder as a wall mount). Operating features are excellent, much more than we really need. We only use the convection bake feature very occasionally.
Had to have it repaired 3 times; one internal plastic latch broke, electronic problems twice. Repair man recommended replacement the third time, which is why we have the current version. It turns out that it is difficult to obtain a competitor's microwave to fit in the the space and trim that the builder employed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This has come in handy, my children like making pizza in the oven and biscuits turn out great. it is a bit odd that there are no number buttons on the microwave, just a turn dial. That takes a little getting used too, but its not bad.
