Love the look and features

Over the past 11 years, I have replaced all the micro switches at least once, the door switch 2-3 times. The popcorn and beverage sensor features have now stopped working. Our cabinet was made for this microwave and the new replacement is not the same size , so I’ll keep repairing as long as parts are still available.
We really like the microwave though.

Works great, wish for more on features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We mounted this below our counter and I find the panel and buttons a bit awkward to use. Probably easier if eye level. But I wish there were more 'quick use' buttons other than the one Express button. And the timer is awkward to set and turn off. Wish it was one-step. As for cooking, it works great. Have not used the convection feature yet, but this was a large reason we bought it as we only have a single oven.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love this microwave/convection oven!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great microwave/convection oven, once you have these features in a microwave you will never go back to a plain microwave oven. I didn't think I would use the convection part of this oven but boy was I mistaken. It is great at the holiday seasons to be able to have an extra oven to cook in, then also to just heat something up with the microwave. If you are thinking of getting this oven DO IT! you will not regret a minute of it.

too small

I cannot fit an 8 1/2 x 11 pan in mine because I cannot turn off the turn table. Am I missing something? I am confused by another review that says it fits her largest pan. Bought it because I could bake in it but don't use that option enough to make it worth it. VERY disappointed.

Very Poor Design! Less than 6 months and light bulb is out!

Very frustrating that:
1. After less than 6 months the bulb is out.
2. NO INSTRUCTIONS ANYWHERE ON HOW TO CHANGE

Building a new house and will not choose a single GE Appliance.....

I purchased the product two months ago and had to return it after 10 days due to the door latch not working. Now 45 days later I am having the same problem again and the face plate is coming off. Trying to get a replacement with GE now

This microwave/convection oven works well enough as a microwave but the pre-warm on the oven is slow. Also, the wife does not like how you can't choose a time that isn't a 15 second increment. A dedicated toaster and separate microwave is probably a better investment.
