Purchased the microwave on 12/212 and on 1/2014 the handle broke. Can't open the door and can't fix it. 1 month out of warranty and already needs replacing. Looks nice from a distance but poorly made.

won't shut off - again

Malfunctioning when I first bought, the replacement has now developed the same problem after three years, namely, it won't shut off unless it's unplugged or the door is left ajar.

Oven interior coating developing bubbles and flaking off. Door latch sometimes does not work. Others complain of the same problems (see other reviews).

This is the 2nd I have bought to fit the space and it died quicker than the 1st. It was manufactured in Nov 2011 and died May 2014

The paint is peeling off making product unusable. I now have to buy new replacement and new trim kit since I had custom cabinets designed around this product

Sadly, this is a replacement for the same model. It developed a deterioration of the upper ceiling of the interior. It bubbled and then peeled away.
I replaced it for this one because doing otherwise would have created carpentry and changing out the trim kit.

This microwave always breaks down. This our 3rd of this model over the last 10 years. Quality is very poor. We had to buy the 2nd and 3rd one because it is a custom built in. "GE Brings Poor Quality". Don't buy!
