We bought this microwave 4 months ago and it works great. The only problem I have had was with the door, sometimes it's slow to open, other than that it's fine.

I liked this product because it indeed save space for my kitchen. We have a built-in space in the cabinet for this model and it works perfectly. It hasn't given us any trouble for the last 8 years started from in the summer of 2005 until recently. So I bought another one, a new PEM31SMSS. I hope this will work for us for another 8 years or longer.

Just bought a place and had the kitchen redone. Looks great in the new kitchen and is extremely sleek. I was a little wary of purchasing this microwave at first but am glad that I ended up buying it. I got the extended warranty and I am set!

We owned the prior version of this model, and it worked great for 13 years of hard use. Now we have purchased a PEM31 to fit in the same cabinet. Looks great and works terrific. Don't hesitate to purchase.
