[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the different options that this microwave offers. I like the way that I can push the "1" button and it automatically will start and operate for one minute.There are no needs to have to push the "start" button.

Great size, but door sticks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great sized microwave for a NYC apartment. And it looks great too. So far, it is working really well, but the door sticks. That seems to be a common complaint. Overall, not a huge complaint. I just hope that this is not a sign of the overall quality.

Problem with door latch out of box

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lots of reviews pointed to problems with the door latch. Our microwave door latch stopped working is less than a week. Also the trim piece around the door latch is coming off. It's only help in place with sticky tape.
We need a microwave to sit on a shelf with minimal space. This was the only unit I could find and took a chance despite bad reviews.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

With a call to GE it was replaced with a new vent and no problems since. We would recommend this microwave.

Fits & looks great in the remodeled kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed a built-in for our remodeled kitchen. The cavity is small but it works well for small dishes. Popcorn bags don't rotate so you have to move the bag manually and it doesn't pop corn evenly.

Very Happy with GE Profile Microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this model as a replacement for the previous microwave which was purchased for our newly remodeled kitchen, cabinets and built-in microwave area. I am so glad the designer advised us to purchase this model and return the other brand we had already bought. This is an excellent appliance, the quality and ease of use is outstanding and the style is clean and refined. It is easy to clean and most of all we have had no problems, nor do we anticipate any problems as we have had in past experience with other name brands. Good Job GE!
