I liker the phone but it is a bit complicated. I have learned mostly by just playing with the phone. There must be a way to copy photos but I cannot figure it out. Nice size keyboard. Seems to take a long time to charge to 100%. Settings seem to change by themselves such as volume, mute etc.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display
Cons: too many features

Screen too fragile!

I love this phone, it is the best, most powerful phone on the market, but the screen should not crack from a 2 foot fall on to the smooth concrete floor in Home Depot. I am extremely disappointed about the quality of the glass on the screen.
Cons: Poor quality

So far I love my Samsung Galaxy Note II. My main "complaint" is that I'm left handed and would use the S pen for often if it were on the top left. Other than that, the performance, look, and design is great.

I love this phone. The UI is simple to use, but won't blow you away. The only thing missing from their UI that I had coming from Sense was a full screen stock calendar and a full screen stock calculator. Otherwise the phone is great and meets all my needs. I love the big screen! I thought it might be too bulky, but I really love that feature.

Great phone+tablet

I like the Note II with all of the feature and its unique design. I do however feel it is a bit too big, wish it is just a tad smaller to make it more portable and easy to hold. I would also prefer to have a better screen and slightly better build material. The phone just does not feel as durable as other phones. I do like S pen and its functions and found myself using it a lot.
Pros: Built-in speakers, software features, s-pen, quad core processor and 2gb of ram
Cons: Not high def, Too big
