My pc got hardware ID missing alarm when note 2 connected thru USB port. I have tried 3 different PC ( one xp, two win 7), none of them is working. After replaced a new phone, xp is kind of working now. Win 7 machine still can not connect with note 2. I have tried all different stuff, uninstall/install USB driver/Kies. None of them is working.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No removable drive option!

The main reason I upgraded my phone was because my old phone was running out of storage space. Now I have a great new phone with a 64 bit card but I can't use it to sync files because Jelly Bean will not allow Windows to assign the card a drive letter. Give me back the removable disk option!

I just got mine 2 weeks ago while renewing my contract with Verizon. This morning as I was leaving my house......when I sat down in my car I felt a strange popping. I pulled my phone out of my back pocket to find that by merely sitting on it in my vehicle seat, it broke the glass lens! I paid a bit much for this item and am quite disappointed with it's durability! Buyers Beware!
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations

See the box on this page http://www.samsung.com/us/article/samsung-for-enterprise. Do you really want someone else to be able to do all of that to your phone?
I want more control over the applications and hardware on my phone, not less.

A great phone but the construction is very short of stellar. the back is no stornger than a piece of cellophane wrap. Its a very good cellphone but its not very rigid and that needs to be improved . Its way to flexible because the back of it is so flimsy .Love the removable battery option which so many companies think we don't want.We DOOOOOOOOOOOOO simply as that I am buying samsung because of the replaceable battery which I have three extras ..the galaxy s3 ad note 2 which i have both needs a much more rigid back and also not sure of their gorrilla 2 glass as I just dropped my galaxy 3 two feet at MOST to a soft ground and it cracked upper part of the screen ,it should of done NO DAMAGE from that distance 3,4,5,ft I can understand buy not 2 feet to a soft ground something wrong with that gorrilla 2 glass its junk ,size of phone is good could actually be bigger in my opinion. .The bigger the better you end up using it more than ever and can see what your doing takes no time to get use to the size which after a few days you say this could be bigger . After all if you end up using this morethan ever because of the screen you can now see whats wrong with that? Love the size and if it was even bigger i would buy it!
Pros: size of screen but could be bigger
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations

Phone is big on everything but memory

Nice big screen. Processor power is awesome. Graphics looks fantastic. This is a perfect phone for the new breed of intense graphic action/adventure games like NOVA 3, Wild Blood or Modern combat 4. Its really the only phone ive used that can play these games without lag.
Problem is these games come in at 2 to 3gb and with 11gb of useable memory this phones falls hard on being a suitable phone for storing more than one of these games at a time.
Its utterly shameful to have such a package of stunning specs in a phone then no room to put anything on it.
Dont get me wrong. if you are a casual user who dabbles in angry birds or words with friends then this phone is perfect.
If you are like me who likes to play games that rival things Playstation or Nintendo put out then pass on this phone.
I get the whole "average user" doesnt need more than 16gb but the "average user" has no clue about processor speed or RAM. So why put that in either.
I was given this phone by my job and I was happy because its a phone I wanted for my personal phone. But because it is limited in memory I can not say I will be spending my money on it when i upgrade my personal phone.
I hope the next time around samsung will give the "above average user" some suitable options.
