This phone has a large screen. Its great to watch movies on. Thats the main reason I brought it. The camera is another great thing. When we go out my family always want to take pictures with my phone because it's better. The phone is also lightweight also

I have high expectations . You pay good money but then again you get what you pay for and it's true I love My Samsung Phone . I am have it fixed and every one has been helpful besides the wonderfully specifics on the repair processes. i am going to cross my fingers and wait to see if Samsung is a full circle Operation.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight, very fast
Cons: i dropped it just right and the screen went black
I would recommend this to a friend!

Although "The Note IV" Is Coming Out, "The Note II" Is Still A Great Phone To Have, And As For Myself, I Wouldn't Want To Upgrade To A New Phone As Of Yet, "Thank You Very Much"!!!!

Cons: none actually!!!

Only thing that will get me to change phones is a Note 4. Have loved this from day one. The screen is large but easy to use, even worth one hand.

Galaxy Note II opinion after almost two years

My wife and I traded up to these NOTE II's almost two years ago. They continue to offer impressive performance, and there is always something new to learn about these technological wonders.
The only complaint we have is that as times goes on, the speed at which these devices operate seems to decrease. Applications load fairly quickly, but not as fast as they did a year ago. Still acceptable, but we wonder what Samsung did to make these devices slow down. I would like to compare these to the NOTE IV's, but obviously that is difficult to do without buying one.
All in all, we'd still rate the NOTE II's a solid 9 out of ten.

The only phone I will ever own!

This phone has the best battery life, sound, speed and features I have ever experienced in a phone. I plan to buy the Note 4 when my upgrade is due next year and do not plan on ever using any other phone. For those looking to buy this phone, a few tips:
1. Buy a good case and a heavy duty screen protector. The screen is strong but delicate. I have dropped it probably twice a day and it only has two cracks. So a case will definitely help
2. Do not over charge it, this seems to make it run slower. Wait until it has about 5% to charge it. Use it more during the day and you will be fine! This just encouraged me to find more uses for my phone.
3. Use all the features and avoid the automatic upgrade option for apps. Multitasking, camera and other upgrades are available. Use them! They will change your life and can be a lot of fun. Also, do not automatically update apps or they will take too much of your space
4.Install a dropbox or photo app. Photos take a HUGE amount of space, sometimes for me (I take pictures constantly) my phone space is almost completely gone. Have your pics automatically uploaded to dropbox, and your phone space is saved, for me pics can take sometimes 7 gbs of space!
This is an awesome phone. Take care of it, and it will last.
