Excellent upgrade from my Samsung Proclaim. I also use this Verizon Samsung Galaxy Note 2 on the Straight Talk network.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight

The Galaxy Note 2 handles all of my personal entries with ease. I enjoy the default apps it has. I have access to the many apps available for downloading.
The settings for emails and messages are readily available. Using the pen really is a useable function. The "S Note" app makes it so I don't need scrap paper to jot thing s down.
The camera on the phone takes wonderful photos and the storage for them are conveniently located.
The access to the battery is great for me. I have an extra battery charged up and ready to switch into my phone without the hassle or worry of damaging the internal parts or bring it for replacement.

This is a great phone. I would recommend it to a friend but it's 2016 and the Note 5 is out so it is a little old.

This phone has been a life changer in the way it provides multiple conveniences, like the S Note and planner. The ability to screen cap a PDF document, then be able to write on it and resend it in and email has virtually eliminated the need for a fax machine. I have big fingers, so the S Pen comes in handy. I made quick use of the expandable memory slot, something the users of a fruit can't begin to do. I keep waiting for this thing to quit working after being in service for over 2 years now, but it keeps on working. It has out lasted my screen and phone protectors.
A great product.

The item was bought before the date I put issued. It was a gift from my wife, so it was a used phone, but for a very used phone, I remember her getting it as a gift 2 years before it was given to me. For a 2 year old phone, I got it as if it came from the box. So my review is that it has great durability.
Pros: Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, hd display, up-to-date software
Cons: freezes, crashes and restarts

Samsung did a great job with the Note. The ability to write your notes as if on a notebook is wonderful. The SNOTE app helps to organize all the different types of notes you can develope. Best of all it recognizes data to convert to text or even make phone calls. Love this function.

Cons: cannot use other pens
