Product was amazing until the Android 4.3 update

My Samsung Note II was an amazing phone prior to the last Android update. The phones many features worked flawlessly with Android 4.1 providing a great user experience. Since the Android 4.3 update there are many features that no longer work at all, such as Smart Stay, while performance features like the smooth scrolling through web pages and emails are sketchy at best.
Overall a great phone rendered mediocre by a poorly executed software update.

Would still recommend this phone to anyone looking, wish it had a back like note 3,still snappy and will do anything I need it to

Cons: Poor quality, dropped about 2.5 feet and put crack in screen

This is far the best smartphone I have ever owned. The processor is fast and the pen is an extra bonus.
