I love this phone. My old phone was an iPhone 4S, where the battery needed to be recharged every 2 hours or less if I was doing any data exchanges. My Samsung Galaxy Note II has a battery that lasts all day long even with heavy use. I love the size of the screen as I can easily read voice mails and texts as well as watch a show from TV if I am having a dinner alone while traveling for work. I am discovering something new about it every day. Thank you Samsung!

Great for what I need

The size of the phone, some say it's "huge" but I really like it. I can use the dual screen and actually see what I'm trying to see. The S Pen is very accurate and I love that I can just circle what I need to have my office fix within a picture or file.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: some glitch in the operation

Get Phone over all, wish the Battery Life was a little longer. Outside of that I have enjoyed it, trading for the Note 3.

I like the size and display. Like the fact you can talk to it, and it has a lot of features. Haven't figured them all out yet.
Could use a better owners manual.
Has some glitches; screen rotation problem, wifi connection problem, internet cuts out, and sPen should be attached so you can't loose it. I have been able to fix some of the problems but not all of them.
I don't like the placement of the power and volume buttons, they get pushed just holding the phone.
All in all, a nice phone/tablet.

I'm a Galaxy Note Person. I gave my lil brother my Note 1. This one is even faster next one will be Note 3.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Lightweight, fits in my pocket.
