I was a little concerned about how the battery life was going to be based on the size of the screen and capabilities of the device. I was coming from the Razr Maxx and I have been incredibly happy with the overall performance of my note 2. The S Pen gives you soo many more functions that are just not available on other devices and the only camera that I've ever had that comes close to the quality was on my Nexus. The price is a little steep, but well worth it once you see what it can do!
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight, battery life, s pen!!!
Cons: none / this thing is awesome!!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've had the Note II for a little over 2 weeks. The first thing that's impressed me is that it does what I ask it to do, when I ask it to do it. My previous phone was great for about 2-3 days & was fast, but often hung up/froze on some basic tasks. This phone is definitely a workhorse as promised! If I had to list some of its cons... the battery does not last as long as some other phones (but it also has a swappable battery), its a bit pricey up front considering other phones.

Just what I had been looking for.

This phone is all that I wanted and more, I have been looking for something that would bring all my worlds into one device and this is it.
I take care of my 3 grandchildren during the day and deal poker at a local casino at night. I also love to paint and sketch so I keep a lot of pics on my phone for that purpose. This phone can handle all the things I need for daily running of the house and also be able to keep up with the work life. When I do have down time I love to sketch on web pages I have captured to give me ideas for the next painting. It is a big phone but I lead a big full life and it fits right in. Thanks Samsung!

I get comments on this all the time...people are always skeptical about the size at first, then they realize that it's a lightweight, very comfortable phone and the discussion moves instantly to where can they get one.
Screen is great, it is VERY fast compared to every other phone I've owned. If I had one wish it would have been for a bit higher res screen. Gimme 1080p!

Pros - Lightweight, big on features, very durable, easy to use, not to big, nice resolution, battery life is excellent for a device with its capability.
Cons - Stylus is a bit shirt, but workable. Would be nice if it had an antenna-like design, headphones are very cheap, plastic casing is nice, but would prefer slightly better materials, 16GB internal should be 32GB by now.
This is the best phone overall. I stepped up from the Galaxy S III and both device on on par as nearly identical. The Note is very distinct in having handwriting capability built-in. Though the GS3 can perform similar tasks, it doesnt feel the same.
Nice features especially after Jelly Bean upgrade.

Several people laugh at the size but then they take a look and say "Wow". Battery is excellent and I haven't found anything I don't like about it.
