It is a good little printer but cannot handle the print load we require. We're looking into a copy machine for that.

Not a star!!!

Unlike previous brother products, does not do duplex copying and constantly needs wifi reset. I am so sorry my previous Brother cheaper color laser, duplex everything never lost wifi connection in 8 years died.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Was kind of worried when I first ordered this Printer, but now I am so Happy with it!
There is so many on the market but I must say that we are very glad we have this one.

I love the desktop scanning. It prints labels like a dream. It duplexes quickly and without jams. This is a great machine!

Won't Connect to Scann

overall, the printer works fine. However, for some reason, even though the PC can print to it, it won't connect in order to scan. Very frustrating.
