No more GE products

My microwave just burned out after only 5 years with minimal use. Front panel in my dishwasher did the same and was replaced twice. These were the upgrade appliances in a new home, but we won't be replacing with another GE product.

Doesn't Last!!!

I have had this model microwave for three years, and it suddenly stopped heating, which will be an expensive repair. I noticed that this model is no longer manufactured, and I assume it is because it doesn't hold up. If we decide to replace the microwave instead of repair it, it WILL NOT be a GE.

This microwave was included in my new home and didn't have issues until 3 years later when it stopped heating. apparently other people have the same issue with this. I want to replace it but it matches my oven.

I have this unit only 1 1/2 year, broken 2 times, the first time is in the waranty, I ask for a new one but G&E not allowed, so they fix it by change something inside, 5 month late, totally broken and I have to buy a new one. nightmare!

Disappointed in the durability of this product. Just 6 yrs. old and has had very light usage. Seems designed to fail early.

Well engineered for tight installations.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A nicely designed machine. One of the few machines that allows for a tight fit on the door opening side (left side) where we had clearance restrictions and allows the door to open fully.
I would recommend this to a friend!
