This washer replaces a similar model LG after 15 years of great performance. We do have a reservation regarding the quality of the door latch which is made of plastic. Hopefully, this will hold up to frequent use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was one of my best decisions to buy this washer. I have had the washer for 17 years. In all that time the pump went out and was replaced. Now there is a leak that should be a simple and cheap fix. I have been able to repair any issues myself. This machine is awesome. Dependable, Hard working, simple to fix, solid et... Plus the customer service and tech support is the best. They help you figure out things and how to fix. They do not try and pressure you to get a repairman.
