Great Washer

I just start using the washer for the first time on Thursday since we had installed on Wednesday of this week. I am very impressed so far. I like the idea of no hassle to wash clothes, just follow instructions on how to load, and the washer machine does the rest. Clothes comes out clean and smelling fresh.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this last week and I love it! I really like the led light and when you take the clothes out there is hardly any water left in them. They dry so much quicker.

Does not clean well!

I've had this washer and dryer set for 3 years now. The washer itself looks nice but just doesn't work very well.
Pros: it is easy to use, looks nice and the clothes come out very dry ready for the dryer.
Cons: gets loud after half a year, it has a vibration sensor to reduce vibrations but it doesn't work. I distribute the load evenly and around the sides, but the washer continues to vibrate violently and starts hitting the wall. Another con is the quality of wash. The clothes are still dirty half the time. Blankets and sheets come out the worse with rings of lint because they get thrown in the middle during the cycle. I usually do a double rinse which usually takes 75 minutes to complete. Otherwise, it is usually around 60 minutes for a wash cycle.

Overall, I'm not satisfied with this product. The dryer works very well and we've had no problems with the dryer.

Not what I expected

There are several features that I don't like. I don't know if it's because I'm used to the one I had previously for 9 yrs which was also a GE. The water saver feature, I've watched it wash an the water never coveres the clothes. Everytime I wash my sheets or towels with the setting it says to use it'll start banging because I think there's not enough water in it for them to move around. They stay all bunched up. The preset times for the loads are so long it takes forever to do laundry. It spins the water out so fast my clothes that are even on delicate and low spin come out so wrinkled I now have to iron everything. With my old one I liked it where I could fill it with water an my detergent pod along with the scent pod and they would dissolve before I put my clothes in. This is just a few but there are several more issues I have with it but I'm stuck with it now.

Not a good washer

Since washer uses hardly no water at all. It doesn't even cover the clothes with water in a rinse cycle. Clothes don't come out looking clean or smelling clean. We eventually return this washer and bought a different brand.
