Clothes come out dirty with lines of dirt! Sometimes I use the rinse cycle a 2nd time & they still come out bad. I hate washing & this washer makes it dreadful!! I used the trouble shooting tips & they don't work!

so disappointed with this washer, since there is no agitation, my clothes are not getting washed. period. the tub does not fill with water and if i add clothes on top of clothes only the bottom layer gets moved around a little, sometimes some items have dry spots, my black slacks had map lines on them because detergent stays on creases of clothes in tub, what is the purpose of a large tub if it doesnt fill and wash and rinse properly, it has a huge tub and i am washing only 3-4 items at a time. not happy.. can GE please email me and give my some tips on how to get tub filled to at least swish clothes around a little!HELP!!!!

Worst washer I've ever owned. Even though I use the HE detergent and softener, my dark clothes come out with white residue. I always have to run them through a second cycle with no detergent or softener to try to get them rinsed. And that doesn't always work. How efficient is that??!!! Hate it!!!

Looks good, but...

We purchased the first washer last year. It was replaced after 6 months due to multiple issues - clothes coming out partially dry, soap residue being left on clothes, top discolored, and a bad mother board). The replacement machine is no better and suffers from the same shortfalls as the original, plus a couple additional ones (fabric softener dispenser doesn't work (when the cleaning cycle was run the machine overflowed fabric softener onto the floor) and clothes are coming out knotted.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hope this set will last at least 10 years

We finally retired our GE washer and dryer set after 13 years and chose this infuser style washer as replacement. The washer was defective upon delivery but we received good service and are getting used it. The clear washer cover with the LED lighting is a nice feature to see the action of the washer. Even with packing the load lightly, clothing tends to be excessively entangled at the end of the cycle. This begs the question whether the infuser style washing may be more damaging to the clothing, especially with the low water usage. One other concern is that the warranty for the new set is only 1year now as opposed to the three years with the previous set.

The debris trap fills up after a few loads and back washes into the machine.
I have 2 girls. Not washing mud filled clothes. We dry clean most of our clothes. We are spending a fortune on buying new clothes bc the machine is always broken.

Wish I had never purchased this washer

I have had this washer for over two months. EVERY load with darks comes out with white streaks. Clothes are extraordinarily wrinkled. Yes, I use HE detergent. Yes, I have read suggestions via links and followed the instructions. Yes, I have viewed the suggested videos and followed the instructions. I have been washing clothes for decades and have never had such issues.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
