I bought this last week reactive today too a while to set up with matching dryer but in the end I was trying to find items to be washed just so I could use it

So BIG!

You can do huge loads with this washer-so big-I need a bigger dryer to handle the load size. The spin cycle rings out nearly every drop of water, but the downside to that is that cloths get mangled and must be "unwound" before putting them in the dryer. Also, if you are shorter than 5'4", the tub is too big to be able to get items out of the bottom. The washer also walks across the room on the spin cycle-and I've had it leveled 3 times in 6 months!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Attractive but Poor Quality

My husband purchased this washer in March of this year. I immediately noticed how "light" in was in weight. It seems very plastic to me. I understand streamlining and fine-tuning efficiency but at times this washer is very noisy. While spinning on "high" it can be EXTREMELY noisy so I've resorted to spinning no greater than "medium". The cycles are LONG...I don't know how efficient that is re: water and power. I'm not being negative, I am sharing my observances with this appliance. And by the way, the light doesn't go off each time the lid is closed. ???

This was delivered July 30, 2016. Has barely been used and 3 service calls. Save your money and time. Do not purchase!!

Amazing machine compared to my 13 year old model. Almost makes doing laundry fun. However, there is a strange sounding clicking/clacking sound when the drum is reversing directions, very loud, does not sound right. I'll be contacting customer service to investigate.
