squeaks when agitating and makes a lot of noise like its always off balance...its BRAND NEW!!!!!!!!!!

Worst washer ever

i have not even had this set for two years and nothing but trouble. I bought the washer and dryer together because they speak to each other. First of all the dryer stopped working before two months were up. They fixed it but it happened again. They fixed it again. Not pleased. Now for the washer, there seems to be a computer issue with it. It wants to run three different cycles at once for one load. Bottom line is this set is garbage. Would never buy GE again. Not worth the money at all.

My first review was taken down. Let's see if this one gets on the site. This machine is very noisy when it spins AND agitates. I would NOT recommend it at all

What a piece of worthless junk

We have been in our new house for a short month and had to have the unit looked at twice by the service center due to residue left on our clothes and not enough water in the tub which the agitator destroyed a shirt that had the weight of the entire load on

We've had this washer for over a year and have had many bad experiences with laundry not getting clean and/or lint or "tracks" on the clothes. We understand that being a high efficiency washer it will not take as much water as we are used to, but we have check the basket during a normal wash cycle and the top items are not even WET. There should be a way to adjust the water level to ensure complete washing. If we add 4 or 5 gallons of water during the wash cycle, the unit does a good job.

Great Product

I bought one of this model last month and so far I am really happy with the quality of the machine. It is a worth the money. The drum is huge and gives enough area for you to wash large loads and heavy items. The quality of the material used to build it is great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not enough water.

There is not enough water in the washer. It does not always get the clothes clean. The clothes should at least be under water. The clothes are every wet, but not covered with water. Sometimes I have to wash clothes twice. When the clothes are finished they are almost in nots.
