best lock ever

I got this lock it's the best and i re keyed it ti my old lock so i can keep my old key and now i don't even keep my key with me i can open with a code this is the best lock i have ever had and i can re key the lock so easy to do this is a great lock

Excellent, but...

I had this lock installed when my purse with my house keys, wallet (with my driver's license and address), etc was stolen. It was awesome and worry free for 3 months. Then, out of the blue, it died one day. I have no idea why. However, this was installed by my neighbor who is does professional security system installations, so it is obviously a good product. I had him replace it and he replaced it with the same thing. So far, no further issues (only a couple weeks) and I don't anticipate any.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This was purchased because my son always forgot his house key. Not having to hide a key and knowing my son was safely in the house was comforting. This is so convenient I don't think I can live without it!

I'm so happy for the opportunity to say how delighted I am with this product. No more keys to fumble around in my purse for; automatic self-lock after 30-seconds so no forgetting to lock the door; extremely simple to install and program; easy to activate the lock if necessary quicker than 30-seconds. I live alone so always make sure my adult children have a key enabling them to get into my house when necessary. Invariably they misplace the key, put it up somewhere so it's never with them, etc. Now, only a code is necessary and it's with them and with me at all times. No one else has to know the code or where an emergency key is hidden. I realize every cure for one problem can always be overcome by someone and while I realize no safety feature can work for every situation, I feel so much safer inside my home after installing this electronic lock. I've had it since last December and haven't yet had a complaint.

This is a good lock

Good lock on front door. Only problem is the finish is changing after 2 years. I have a separate Kwikset lock handle with no finishing problems.
