Works great!

The only thing to keep in mind is that the dead bolt lines up perfectly with the door jam plate so there is no drag. Batteries last longer if it's not dragging.

Classic design with today's technology

I originally purchased this product because I hate keys and always lose them. It's been two years since and I absolutely love the ease of use and never having to deal with keys again! I have replace the batteries annually (just a habit with all remote appliances) I highly recommend this lock with 100% confidence.

I won this product at a "Demo Days" near me and although, I had to have 2 of them, This second product is working great! I really like the simplicity of it I had no trouble installing it after a while!

Great strong lock with no need for a key

We have used this lock for over 3 years now and only used a key 2 or 3 times. Very convenient to push a few buttons, rather than fumble with keys to get in our front door.

I bought two of these and am totally satisfied. They represent quite an upgrade from the poorly installed deadbolts they replaced. The batteries have lasted for many months with two adults and two dogs going in and out. Looks nice, easy to keep clean. The flashing light saves me from walking all the way across the house to see if the door is locked. All I need to see is that orange light and I know it's secure.

Glad there is still a key!

I have owned 3 of these for about 18 months. I have replaced the batteries in each of them 3 times. I am using a name brand battery so the expectation of 1 year battery life is over exaggerating. I do like the locks but I do keep a key handy when the batteries go dead.
I have taken a new approach after the last battery change -- I'm going to ignore the indicator lights and see how long they will last before they go dead completely.

A Smart Investment

My daughter bought and installed this for me for my birthday, over a year ago, along with the Lever handle. As I have arthritis in both thumbs, this has been the best present I ever could have received! No more searching for my keys and the ease of punching in a code of my choice is the best ever invention! I am so impressed by this Smart Code Deadbolt, that I purchased one for my 82 year old mother and she loves it, too! So easy to unlock the front door and no more fumbling for the key. Adding the Lever Handle, has made this the best combo for my arthritis hands and even my husband loves the ease of unlocking and locking the door with just a push of a button! Love, love, love this and would highly recommend these products to anyone!

Best home security feature I've purchased!

We bought this about 2 years ago. It is so easy to use and is so much easier to enter and lockup the house than using a key. Even when replacing the batteries it remembers the code so there is no reprograming. We did have it stop working on us, but I called costumer support and they sent out a brand new one immediately. Great product and the finish still looks great.
