This is a fantastic product, it is my second toothbrush.I dropped my second one and it did not perform the same way .i contacted customer service and was told there was rwally nothing they could do for me. I did fill out the survey sonic are sent me for customer service and I did state that because I put in the survey I was disappointed that there was nothing they could do to repair my toothbrush sonicare sent me out a brand new hand base. The second time was great customer service !! I was very disappointed the first time. Great toothbrush and great customer service.
Cons: need to have some kind of repair center

The Philips Sonicare Toothbrush is the best available toothbrush in the market today. Nothing is more effective. The variable speed features are very helpful for my sensitive teeth and gums. Moreover, the Philips customer service department is very consumer friendly, supportive and responsive. I will never use another product.

So far so good! My checkups have improved. Using this product with the right toothpaste for me, has helped me improve my dental issues. I have to admit that this toothbrush has been one of the best ones that I've tried so far. All the additional features make a big difference and they do help.

The Sonicare electric toothbrush has been and continues to be important for me to achieve good dental hygiene. The brush is comfortable in the hand. I use if following floss and an inter-dental appliance. I then use the Sonicare, power off, as a mechanical brush to distribute toothpaste followed by power on in full clean mode. I have used a Sonicare for quite a few years.
Pros: easily works for a week w/o recharge.
Cons: settings can be accidentally changed too easily.

Great toothbrush. Replacement heads are expensive but the toothbrush works great! This is my second Phillips so I are toothbrush. I did buy this from my toothbrush at my Dentist office.

Would absolutely recommend this to anyone with the means as it is expensive, but I have come to feel that it is worth the price. Easy to use and after brushing, feels like I just left a dental cleaning visit!
