The stem feels loose and moves around - not sure if it's supposed to be in a fixed position or if this product is defective. I have been using Sonicare products for over 20 years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Philips are to be trusted on the warranty of the products! Very happy of the end result. Make sure to register your products and the invoices. This will simplified any warranty issues. I have not problem buying any of their products.
