Several design complaints. The brushes are difficult to change without mashing your hand on the brush. When brushing it tends to spray all over the sink and mirror.
We love the actual brushing action.

I've had this unit for a month now and find I am now regularly brushing for the recommended two minutes thanks to the alarm system buzzing every 30 seconds. That's one thing. Another is the cleanliness of the electric over my previous battery powered electric toothbrush. The battery powered unit needed a thorough cleaning with alcohol once a week. - it got pretty grody.
We drilled a hole in the base of our wooden medicine cabinet and with an electric outlet at the base of the cabinet, can charge and keep the toothbrush plugged in while tucked away.
We were on a trip for two weeks during this period and I used the travel kit. That worked out well and kept me in my new routine. I love this toothbrush!

Love this Philips Sonicare FlexCare Platinum Rechargeable sonic toothbrush it makes your mouth feel really clean, polishes and whitens your teeth, and is very gentle to gums that are starting to recede, also makes your teeth feel as if you have just flossed between them, I feel as if I just had a dental cleaning at my dentist.
Pros: whitens, cleans between teeth
Cons: tickles your gums, expensive

I have owned many cordless tooth brushes over the years and now this was a step above the rest by far. It took me a little time to get used to the high performance action but it forces you to change your brushing habits and the result is worth it.
I highly recommend this product. Hope it lasts as great as it performs.

This toothbrush is amazing, and I love the sanitizer unit to clean the brush heads. My teeth never feel as clean if I use a regular toothbrush, compared to using this one.
I have converted my whole family and we all have one now.
Philips customer service is also amazing!!! So rare to find in companies these days!

I had my doubts oh how well this toothbrush would work compared to a manual one, but within the first few days of switching, I have already noticed a whiter smile, and my teeth have never felt cleaner! The sterilizer is also a great little add on that ensures I'm not using a dirty brush. And the travel case just sweetens the deal. Just an amazing product overall.
Pros: removes stain, amazing clean
