Keypad hard to see

If microwave is at eye view, it might be better to see than mine sitting on the countertop. The shiny surface makes the white numbers and letters hard to see.

went shopping to replace our 15 year old microwave and found this one. very simple to use and about twice as powerful as our old one. only minor complaint is that it is quite loud. other than that it's been a great purchase.
Pros: easy to use

It's perfect for our needs

We purchased this unit to replace a 13 year old LG unit. It is a fairly basic unit and has more features than we will ever use. I love the mirrored look and the black color. We've had it for a few months and no complaints. A little pricey, but if it lasts as long as our previous unit - then it will be well worth it.

Nice looking, sleek and easy to clean outside. Cooks well and the carousel mechanism is better than some. Light on when the door is open is a plus and the door latch mechanism is better than many. The keypad is somewhat hard to read, depending on the available light. Seems a little loud/noisy sometimes. Overall, a really good unit for the price.

This microwave is the best one we have ever owned.
The touch screen #s and wording are hard to see due to the reflecting back coloring of the screen blending into our light counter top. Could be we are going blind also but it's a great appliance.

Recessed glass turntable.
Easy to clean inside.
Features self-explanatory.
Reasonably priced compared to other brands in the same category.
Overall, it works very well thus far for our household's purposes.
