[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this microwave for 7 years, it just stopped heating and I want to cry. This has been my favorite microwave. It's so simple to use, worked great (used multiple times a day), and easy to clean.
Now I have to settle for a microwave that DOESN'T HAVE A NUMBER PAD?
You better believe I'm going to try to fix this one and return the "new and improved" technology my s.o. brought home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved the microwave. Great features, cooked good. But one day it started emitting an oder that would clear the room in fifteen seconds. Finally pulled the outer shell off and found an electrical piece so burned up the wires are burnt and it’s impossible to get any information off the part. If anybody can tell what this part is called I would greatly appreciate it. Not much luck on finding a parts diagram for this specific model.
Pros: easy to use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Loved it until it stopped working
