nice microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] bought this a month ago. it does a good job. large cavity. my last microwave was 12 years old, and I can see the difference. now that I have it, the only concerns that I have are:
1- the front is mirrored and it is difficult to see in different lights
2 - the is no reheat button, as on my last machine.
other than that, it is great

I bought this product 10/14/15. It quit working 12/24/15. Yep house full of people and food to cook. 2 months and 10 days out of warranty. No choice had to run out and buy another microwave. Do you think it was an LG. Never/Never again.

Returned to store - Unfortunately oven would only turn on for a couple seconds, then off. I did everything the trouble shooting manual said to do, couldn't make it work correctly. I think this microwave was just defective. I have other LG products that work great.

Key pad is hard to read

I wouldn't recommend it for people with vision problems. I have a very hard time to read the keys pad; I have to have a magnifying glass to do so.

Excellent addition to our 5th wheel!

Our old microwave was getting louder and louder in our 5th wheel so we decided it was time to get something we weren't worried might die the next time we turned it on.
After checking all the specs on several microwaves, we went to the store to look at them. We were impressed by the look and features of this microwave and after the first vacation with it, we are very happy with our purchase.
It installed very easily, I was able to reuse the brackets from our old microwave and attached them with some of the existing screws on the bottom of the unit. It works very well and is nice and quiet, just like we hoped.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality

Microwaving made easy

This product is great! There is no need to refigure anything, it does all the work for you and everything is cooked perfectly the first time around. Over the years, I have had a number of microwaves but this one is the best. I chose white because it blends into the kitchen and is not noticeable to guests unless they ask where one is.
