Great Product for Boomers

Purchased for a new home we built to help care for my 90 year old mother. She loves the height and ease of use at her age. It helps her still feel useful when she can do her own wash. I love it for all the selections and the ease to clean the tub since it is a front loader.

Very solid machine

My old Mahtaab quit on me so decided it was time for a solid upgrade. Got a great deal on this washer combined with a dryer. Very quiet and efficient machine. No complaints so far.

First front load washer

Installed in new home Nov. 2017, four months of use. Easy to learn to use, and really like that cloths have little water in them at end of cycle when using max spin. Less time in dryer. Bought from local family owned dealer who helped put us to ease about many negative reviews on internet. We have had no issues with this product, have matching dryer as well and it is fabulous. What is true in most reviews is an average cycle takes like :90 min. And machine can be noisy. We close the door when home, no big deal. I recommend, we also have GE appliances that came with our 5 year old home and they operate just as they are intended to!

A Happy Surprise

I bought washer and dryer over 24 months ago, but recently had an exceptional experience and wanted to share it. I wanted to wash my queen size down-filled duvet but was not sure it was a good idea. I called customer support and was assured that it would be fine. So, I did and the results of both the washer and dryer were stunning! I had no need to worry as it came out just great! Thank you, GE!
