Will never buy another GE appliance

This lasted less than 3 1/2 years of minimal use. The bearings are now shot and the replacement and labor for that is more than I paid for the machine. Apparently soap is bad for the bearings. I use a minimal amount, but what kind of stupid design for a washing machine is that?

basket and bearings are shot

We bought this washer in 2014 and now the basket and bearings are shot. repair and labor cost around $1500. this is a most common issue with this washer. stay away! you're warned!

GE Washer vibrates

During each spin cycle the washing machine vibrates until the drum reaches a certain spin rate. Called customer service and were told that the washer was operating as designed.

Keeps restarting spin cycle

Purchased this washer back in November of 2014. After a few month I noticed it took forever to wash a load of clothes. I notice that whenever the timer on the washers shows 13 minutes it stops and goes back to 17 minutes as if it was caught up in an endless loop. After the washer finally finishes the clothes are very wet.

Worst washer I ever bought

Technician told us he minimized that vibration as best that he could. He said this model vibrates and shakes. If spin rate does not get to operating speed machine cuts off. Customer service says machine operates within design specs.
