My wife wanted a simple, effective machine. This is rather sophisticated washer, with many options. Turns out she loves all she can do. Keeps coming up from our laundry area calling out another amazing feature she appreciates. Blood stain gone. Body lotion oil, gone. She loves the sanitizer!
She loves laundry day now. She'll often stand in front of her machine just watching how it figures out its washing strategy. She's happy. I did good buying it.

This washer is the best one I have ever owned. It has many settings which actually make sense. The height is perfect--easy for me to use and not so high that I can't stack clean clothes on top of it. It has great capacity for clothes, bedspreads--whatever you want to wash. I love it!

The washer had to be ordered to match the dryer we got right away. It washes well
for the most part, but there is a big problem with the fluid dispenser. The detergent is dispensed but the bleach and softener are not! We now only use just detergent. When the cycle is done, one quarter to one half cup of water remains so you have to take the whole tray out to dump the water before the next cycle. Very poor design!

The machine is very noisy; doesn't have spin only cycle; constantly requires balancing

Great washer now older like traditional front loaders but I've been having problems with it spinning out with blankets and things like that makes a lot of noise

It is so Quiet!!!

I am so happy with washing machine. I have had it just a short time, but I LOVE it so far. All of the features are great, but what has impressed me thus far is how quiet it is!! I kept going into the laundry room to see if it was still running!. I guess it really made me realize how loud and annoying my previous washer was.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I was very surprised how much you can wash at one time and the fact that it cleans very well also. The one star deduction is the fact that it shakes even when it perfectly level.
