The first reference was a horrible wash,because machine was vibrating very much and we would like it return to the store.But after a few washings machine corrected it self to adjust the floor type and surrounds and now is no vibration.That is so awesome .And now is so quietly we are so happy !!! Buy American!!!

I have had this washer for several months now, and I am really glad I bought it! It runs very quietly (which is VERY important because it is close to my baby's room and she is a light sleeper). I had read plenty of great reviews before purchasing, and the only thing I noted and took advice of was to not set the spin cycle on the highest setting...the second highest setting is plenty anyway! It's easy to care for and I have loved this machine compared to my couple-year-old, top load, other-brand washer that came from my Mom (that's now in my barn to do horse laundry).
I would recommend this to a friend!

We recently upgraded our washing machine after 16 years. We did a lot of research and decided on the GE not only for the features but also the brand. After washing everything in sight, I am very pleased with our decision. Friends had cautioned about front loaders having trouble with moisture retention in the gasket. The large foldable gasket makes it easy to clean that. Others said they get mold in the soap dispenser. GE's is easy to remove for cleaning and also looks well rinsed at the end of each cycle. It is so quiet I have to walk into the laundry room and look at the machine to be sure it is working. I love the way it levels itself for each load to prevent the dreaded off balance spin "thunder". Thanks for a great product.

I don't like the timing on the washer settings.

I think it doesn't need to wash so long. Some of the settings are almost 1 hour &45 minutes. It's just way too long.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

clothes are a lot cleaner than with my old (20 yr. old) washer. Really love the front loading feature. Great for a quick wash and also great for heavily soiled items.

I love my new washer. I have so many cycles to choose from. I love the raised base. So easy to see what is inside. No missed socks, wash rags, etc. And the load capacity is great.
