Spin cycle is terrible

Started out good. Now about 2.5 years later the spin cycle is aweful. Got the repairman coming this week. I was hoping it would explode first.

after 4 years the tub bearing has gone out and the timer doesnt work correctly. stays on 9 minutes for over an hour

5 year Extended Warranty is a must

When operating properly it is a very nice set. I never buy extended warranties. I surprised my wife when I decided to purchase the warranty. We've had the set for 4 years. We've had the tub assembly replaced twice. The repair person asked if we were jamming clothes in. New motor (stator/rotor), tub assembly (front/rear) and, spin basket. The 2 service members were prompt and fixed the unit in just under 3 hours. They left the old parts behind. The gasket was not properly seated. We'll see how long it lasts. The 5 year HD warranty has saved my butt twice.

Lack of water!

I hate this washer!!! I’ve never seen a washer that just doesn’t add enough water to the clothes. Why??? I need more water in the machine!! Clothes come out still dirty and half dry!! Ugh!! How can I set to add more water????

Having the pedestal attached reduced the vibrations greatly.and reduced the additional cost Like the load sensing

Watch the leveling!

I bought this washing machine last week and had it delivered and installed by the appliance store. On my first load water came POURING out of the detergent dispenser and down the front of the machine. When the service technician came he found the machine was slightly out of level horizontally but didn't think it looked bad enough to be causing problems. As it turns out, fixing the slight leveling issue solved the leakage problem. It seems like this must be a slight design flaw in the machine. Now that I can use the washer, I think it will be great. I was cautioned to use balanced loads, but that is good advice for any front loader.

Buy American!

I bought this machine a week ago. Made up my mind about giving an american product another chance. The machine is sleek, has very good features and is quiet. This unit washes my clothes very well. I like how I don't have to use a cupful of detergent. So far, I'm very happy with this machine.

i HAVE HAD THIS WASHER FOR ONLY A FEW WEEKS AND SO FAR VERY IMPRESSED. THE LARGE CAPACITY IS PERFECT FOR MY KING SIZE BLANKETS(ACTUALLY WASHED 2 TOGETHER). THE VARIED SETTINGS ARE PERFECT FOR MY FAMILIES WASH. THE CONVENIENT FRONT PUMP CLEAN OUT IS SO HANDY AND I CAN DO IT MYSELF. I'M ACTUALLY WAITING FOR MY NEXT ELECTRIC BILL TO SEE MY SAVINGS ON THIS ENERGY STAR WASHER!
