Hair everywhere!

Not happy with this product. The only thing I read before purchasing was that water build up in the detergent cup. If I would have known that all the hair from laundry was going to remain in the tub, I would not have bought it. Sometimes it doesn't spin out enough and the laundry remains wet. I wish there was just and extra spin cycle.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this machine in November is a great front load washer if there's anything I would change I would make the volume louder when the load is completed

I like the height

I like the height, but the unit rumbles a lot and shakes as though it's out of balance when spinning even though a service technician came and adjusted the feet.

Goodbye laundromat

I got this washer today and started to wash loads of clothes as soon as I had finished installing it. I got to say, it washes better than I expected. So with that being said. I just want to finish by saying "Thank you GE for making such a great washer and goodbye laundromat. You won't be missed".
